Sleep well?

Make a quick test and find out!

Every animal instinctively chooses the best place for itself to sleep.

Only humans sleep where the architect happens to have planned the bedroom.

That this can sometimes be very hazardous to health has been known for many hundreds of years. Thus, the great healer and physician Paracelsus coined the following phrase:

"The most secure way to ruin health is a sick bed"

Paracelsus 1493 - 1541

Important regulatory processes of the body take place during sleep.

The pineal gland produces melatonin and ensures a balanced hormonal system, cell regeneration and even controls the inflow to the urinary bladder.

If the nocturnal melatonin production is disturbed by environmental influences, this can have far-reaching health consequences, such as infertility, nocturnal urge to urinate, cell degeneration, bed-wetting and hyperactivity in children, up to and including depression, burn-out and fatique syndrome.

Good Sleep is incrediblyespeciallyextremely important for our health!

Lack of sleep or poor quality sleep can lead to a weakened immune system, increased risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease, weight gain, mood disorders, and decreased cognitive function.

In addition, sleep disturbances can also lead to less focus and lower job performance, as well as other issues such as irritability, daytime fatigue, and poor decision-making abilities. In short, sleep disturbances can have a significant impact on our overall health, well-being, and quality of life.

Listen to what Sleep-Expert Matt Walker has to say about it:

Sleep problems usually have psychological or emotional causes. That is what you often hear …

However, our many years of experience with many thousands of cases have shown that it is often external influencing factors that stress and weaken the body and lead to sometimes massive and especially chronic sleep disorders.

If we eliminate these disturbing influences, the sleep disturbances usually disappear as well … and with it also the psychological problems, which were often mistakenly thought to be the cause.

So what are the external influences?

The greatest stresses in today’s world that weaken and stress our bodies the most are the ever-increasing and ubiquitous electrosmog (especially stresses from WLAN, Bluetooth and mobile communications) and geopathic interference zones.

Especially the last point is probably the least noticed – but still probably the biggest lever we can use to do something good for our health. Or rather, this is a great understatement, because if we stop the nocturnal energy loss caused by a geopathically disturbed sleeping place, it is like plugging a leak in a boat.

The consequences are often so enormous and can be so varied that I will list them below. Why is this so? Because by plugging the leak – to stay with the example – we not only help the body to keep its energy, but we also help the pineal gland to produce the master hormone melatonin, which in turn controls the entire hormonal balance, is responsible for fertility, cell regeneration, and the immune system.
